Our business customers include major mall developers like GGP, Westfield, and Simon Properties; movie chains such as Rave, Cinemark and Carmike; aquariums, zoos, and tourist locations such as Disney, Sea World, Busch Gardens and Graceland.

We are looking for a Regional Service Manager to join our team.  As part of our team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of all regional sales activities that lead to increased company revenue and customer satisfaction that exceeds their expectations.  Extensive travel will be required throughout the Southeast Region – KY, TN, NC, SC, AL, GA & FL.

  • Plans, organizes, and executes the overall regional sales program in order to achieve sales volume and profits consistent with company
  • Responsible for building and managing bottom up, asset based budget, in addition to the development of invest strategies for future growth.
  • Provides direction and consistent improvements in processes and customer activity tracking to improve sales results and quality execution.
  • Works in partnership with Regional Service Manager to best support the existing clientele and identify potential customers and uses for our product.
  • Creates and executes a business plan to derive the maximum benefit from our assets in the region and ensures total customer satisfaction.
  • Works with top management and Regional Service Manager to establish sales quotas and to develop sales strategies to penetrate new regional markets and customer locations.

The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, compliance with tight deadlines and have specific proficiency in Windows based software applications including extensive use and understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Additional adaptability to proprietary software applications will be necessary. Must possess 7 to 9 years of previous experience in a related sales position, inclusive of account management and penetration of new accounts. Multiple years of industry experience is required. Direct experience with customer interaction, relationship building, and understanding of customers’ purchasing habits are also essential.

Ability to develop sales goals, tactical business plans, and execution of strategy in order to deliver results is necessary. Experience in building, managing and responsibility for budget and regional forecast experience required. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related discipline.
